WILD PRAIRIE CATTLE CO RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase with Wild Prairie Cattle Company! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Shipping is not refunded on returned items, and is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are given for the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise only. Exchanging for a different size or item will require a reship fee. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be approved before you ship your order back to us. If the return was not approved, we will ship your order back to you. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To Be Eligible For Return:
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your order date.
- Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packing, and with the original tag attached.
- Returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Returned item(s) will not be accepted if there are stains, rips, broken rhinestones, excessive amounts of hair or fur, or any signs of damage. The item(s) will be returned at the customers expensive.
- Approval of items is at the sole discretion of Wild Prairie Cattle Co
- If the return does NOT meet the above criteria, the return will not be processed and items will be returned to you at your cost.
How to Complete a Return:
- Email wildprairiecattleco@gmail.com with your reasoning for return and order number. Any packages received without an email will be refused.
- Once you receive your approval email, mail your package back.
- Once items are received and reviewed, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.
It is recommended to keep your tracking number for return shipment. Wild Prairie Cattle Co is not responsible for any lost returns.
Damaged Item(s) or Incorrect Order(s) Received:
For any damaged or incorrect items, please email wildprairiecattleco@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can fix it. I recommend reporting these issues within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged item(s) in your submission.
These Items Can NOT Be Returned:
Sale items, shirts that have been requested to be cropped, or any other item marked final sale are FINAL SALE and can NOT be returned.
Order Cancellation:
If you are no longer needing an item you ordered, you will need to email wildprairiecattleco@gmail.com with your order number to discuss this. Cancellation does not apply to orders that are already shipped. Once they are shipped, it will be up to you to follow the return policy to receive your refund.

- Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.

- Returned item(s) will not be accepted if there are stains, rips, missing rhinestones, excessive amounts of hair or fur, or any other signs of wear or damage.
- Approval of items is at the sole discretion of Wild Prairie Cattle Co.
- If the return does NOT meet the above criteria, the return will not be processed and the item(s) will be returned to you.
How to Complete an In-Store Return:
- Bring the item(s) and your original receipt to Wild Prairie Cattle Company within 14 days of purchase.
- Once the items are reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at the discretion of Wild Prairie Cattle Co.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged Item(s):
If you believe your item was damaged at the time of purchase, please notify staff immediately or contact wildprairiecattleco@gmail.com within 2 days of purchase. Items showing signs of wear after leaving the store will not be eligible for return.
